Terrible

Terrible. I don’t understand why I’m being charged $32 when the tax is $11, and the international tax is $5, shipping is FREE and I’m using credits. I called customer service to assist with this and they say their system is down and they cannot help me.

The system also switched the city on my last order. I asked customer service if they could correct this so that I won’t have issues receiving my items, they said they cannot.

I loved the shopping experience but for…

I loved the shopping experience but for a membership to charge that much for some styles I don't find to be my taste is my only concern for the price I would've gotten tons of more shoes but out of the litter three stood out to me so I will be canceling after this purchase sorry just fab this is just wrong.

Its frustrating that you have to get to…

Its frustrating that you have to get to an exact cost to use the member credit. The shoes I wanted were less than the credit so I settled for a different pair of shoes. I am canceling the program because if you don't meet the exact amount of the credit you can't use it for less which should be an option because either way they are making more money off of your purchase.

Unable to get customer support.

I messaged for help two days ago when trying to place this order. I was trying to buy more but wasn’t able to and never got more help. Also wishing the color I wanted was in stock, but selection was limited.

The website has gotten much easier to navigate. It was disappointing that several of the items I was interested in were sold out. Also, please carry more plus sized clothing.

If I make an order right now and sign up for the vip membership, can I immediately call after and unsubscribe from it without getting charged?

No. You need to wait until a week past then call and cancel

A:

I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

A:

Easiest way is to go to your bank and get a new ATM card with different acct#, calll your credit card company and dispute and cancel any further payment, in PayPal remove them from your authorization list or remove the Card they are using to charge you or even the linked bank acct. Just fan will not help you and are just ripping people off.

I had to cancel it with my bank - they had to cancel my card. I would do it that way rather than trusting the company themselves to do it. Alot of hassle but worth it as banks are definitely more truse worthy!

If you are in Europe and residence of any EU member state, you can always log a complaint against them thru European Consumer Centre of your country, and call your bank to block and stop your payment immediately, explain it to them, you can also report this in the police as fraudulent and online scam, and explain to them your case, it will all fall to unfair business practice. You have no obligation to them because there was no service render, and you been tricked into signing up in their membership. They take seriously online cases like this.

Go into your account and cancel the contract - they are a dreadful company to d/w no customer service at all. I tried 3 times to return a pair of shoes and they were never collected so paid for them and chalked it up to experience. Once I cancelled though have had no issues since.

The number on their site is 866 337-0906. But be warned. The customer service staff sound and go on like air heads ("oh, i'm sorry you want to cancel." blah blah, just cancel the account!) trying to stall you and run up your phone bill, I assume in the hope that you will hang up. I got "cut off" from them the first time I tried to cancel my account. Once you get through to someone make it clear that you want to cancel and don't let them veer the conversation in any other way until they cancel it and ask them for a confirmation of same. I hope you get it sorted soon. It can be quite stressful (it's happened to me too). Best of luck with it, and stick to your guns!

How do you know that you're account did cancel

A:

I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.

I've only ever had an issue with one pair of their sneakers, but that is most likely my fault as I just had my son recently so my feet may have gotten bigger. Everything else I have got was true to size.
